What to Include

To help us resolve your request faster, please include the following where relevant:

  • Privacy requests: The right you want to exercise or the concern you want to raise
  • Billing questions: Your checkout email, receipt email, and any transaction reference
  • Bug reports: Steps to reproduce, device or browser details, and screenshots if available

Billing and Subscription Help

Open-AU uses Creem as its Merchant of Record for subscription checkout, billing, tax handling, and refund administration.

Because of this, charges may appear on your card or bank statement as CREEM.IO* STORE.

You can manage your subscription, update payment details, or cancel recurring billing through:

  • Your account settings, where available
  • The Creem Customer Portal: https://creem.io/my-orders/login
