Open-AU is a platform for working holiday visa holders and job seekers targeting seasonal and agricultural employment in Australia. Features include a job map, AI-powered astrocartography career analysis, and a curated blog. Some features require a paid subscription or credits.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Credits & Payments

Certain features consume credits. Free accounts receive 30 credits upon registration. Additional credits are available through paid subscription plans processed via Polar.sh. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Astro Analysis and Chat features use AI (Google Gemini). Results are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional career, legal, or financial advice. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content.

6. Job Listings

Job listings on our platform are sourced from publicly available data and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any listing. Always verify directly with the employer before travelling or committing to a role.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, bot detection, or access controls
• Scrape, mirror, or redistribute our data without permission
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Open-AU is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will endeavour to notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
